Poor drainage areas will produce minor impacts. Rainfall amounts of around 1.5 inches have fallen in the last 12 hours. Additional rainfall of 1.5 inches are expected over the Ketchikan and eastern Prince of Wales area through the next 12 hours. * For the Thorne River: At 800 AM AKST the stage was 11.87 feet. Flood stage is 12.5 feet. Forecast: Cresting between 12.5 and 13 feet. Impacts: At 12.5 feet water will begin to flow over the road upstream from the Thorne River bridge.
